you don't need to understand the Swedish.

Sapphire Radeon HD 4650 1GB DDR2

so, is this good for TF2 / Garry's Mod?

why would any 1g memory video card only be DDR2? does that even exist?
most of the first 1g cards that were ever made were at least DDR3, stuff modern ones are DDR5 now

edit:
but it should run them source games fine. i believe its a dx10 card. and runs the shader 2.0 no problem.

Is an X1800XT 512Mb graphics card good?

What does a graphics card do anyway?  I have been wanting one to reduce lag on some of my games, but everyone that knows alot about comps says it wont work...

512 MB is good, even though there is better.

Then they are wrong. A graphics card, well, increases your computer's capacity to handle higher-end games, like a higher end Graphics card could run Crysis on high, while an ATI X1800XT coud not run Crysis at all.

mm kay
I think I'll go for the one I posted in OP since it has 1 Gb

The most stressful game that'll run is like TF2 on maxed out settings.. if even that. Its a terribly outsated card, ATi is on the 8000 series now I think?

I can't afford that. The one in OP also has 1 Gb, and is cheaper. I think I'll get that.
