the desert part of the map is so awesome. i just love driving around and finding military airports

Did anyone play the first game?

I kind of liked the homogeneous nature of San Esperito. While Just Cause 2 was great, beautiful, bigger and breathtaking at some points, it was kind of weird to see desert within a five minute flight of snow covered mountains.

I almost wished they had tried to make one coherent climate (snowy, tropical, desert) but have distinct regions while still within that one climate.

Definitely play the 1st one. It's a lot of fun. I'd definitely replay it if they had 1920x1080 resolution available.
