I used to want to jailbreak a year ago when I got my 32 gigabyte iPod Touch. Then I asked my dad to help me attempt it and he said no so end of story there.

No point in showing my iPod. They are basically the same design for a lot of them and I only need the default apps to be happy.

jailbreaking is legal.

Maybe slightly frowned upon by Apple, but in no way can you get in any trouble with the law for doing it.

Ive jailbroken my Touch, but it just gave me an app called loader and 3 pages of nothing.

You used the wrong jailbreaking program. Use greenpois0n, it's great.

I did use greenpoison. It was successful, and the 3 pages went away after connecting to Itunes. The loader is probably a broken game, as the game's icon is gone and "loader" is in its place.

...Not quite sure why you're getting this "Loader" instead of Cydia. greenpois0n, by default, installs Cydia on your device upon jailbreaking. But hey, if it's working for you, it doesn't really matter.

actually, i went into the app and it showed cydia download. Then i deleted the app.

I miss my iPod Touch. I miss it a lot. Lost it about 6 months ago and never found it.
It was a 2nd generation 8GB I got for my 13th birthday.

Now I have this terrible Archos 28 that freezes up every 10 minutes. ;-;
