Author Topic: Speedometer Mod  (Read 2272 times)

Can someone give me the link for the speedometer mod, it's been fail-binned but I would still like to have it. I really don't care what problems it has, I still want it.

Use VCE.
It may not be client sided but it's still a speedometer.
<var:pl:xvel> + <var:pl:yvel> + <var:pl:zvel>
and then rig that in a bottom print.

???

I don't script, I only have Demo version because my parent's won't give me money to buy it.

It was falied before I could get it. Sorry.

VCE is an add-on. You would put the <var:pl:xvel> stuff in a client message, or with Var Prints.

Demo can load Add-Ons? I thought... I don't know.

I don't know what the heck your talking about with <var:pl:xvel>!!!

also, for if you get the full version, it wouldn't be wise to have the speedometer, as it causes terrible lag from looping through all the datablocks (which tends to be a lot if it's a big build)

Probably won't be getting full version anytime soon, but Thanks!

WTH is this!!!

I said I'm not good with scripting or mods like that!!!

Well you're not getting a speedometer anytime soon then.

Download VCE like the easy to use tutorial in the Add-ons section says. use the link to the add-on above. Now get the VCE hud prints. Now make them say <var:cl:velx>. Just type it like that in the chatbox.
Done.

Technically, VCE isn't scripting.
It's just a bunch of variables and logic...
Just look at the documentation and take your time.

someone just kill me or something
please
