So 3 guns with different colored projectiles. and I think it might be possible to shoot different projectiles, but it takes more lines of coding.

Yes, that's quite possible. Although I doubt many people would use it, so no one would be willing to script it. If it were a futuristic weapon that shot different colored lasers, however, then maybe this could be an epic idea.

well i think maybe if i advertised it enough it would probably be a big hit.........
Maybe if you make it i could possibly make a screen shot before the paintball battle the would have the gun and the name of the person who made it, and if i posted the video on the forums i probably get a lot of views and they would see how good it looked then they would download it. (: also it only needs to shoot one color paintballs

I recommend to start modeling with Wings 3d to start your modeling of the weapon and then refer to this here tutorial to learn Torque. I would be happy to help you if you need it.
