Whenever someone trys to join my server, all it says is something about a punch packet and they cant join, what can I do to fix this?

punch packets "usually" mean you dont have port forwarding setup right.

a) setup port forwarding on your router (see other pots for how to)

-OR-

b) enable uPnP on your router, or get one that supports it.

do you HAVE to port forward?
it depends on your router.  if it supports universal plug & play - then no you dont.
if your router doesnt support it, then you will need to.

if you port forward anyway - then it doesnt matter what your router supports, things will just work
