Just wonder if this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136764&cm_re=3tb-_-22-136-764-_-Product would work with my pc? Also i kind of want to upgrade my graphics/video cards but have no idea how to pick a good compatible one.

Opened my pc u and got  this printed on the side of my mother board e203413 de0906 the red ones could be wrong not to sure.

Alright my motherboard (supposedly from something i downloaded) is this.

Yes, of course that will work. It is a bare drive though so you'd need to buy a sata cable, I'm going to assume your psu has an extra hdd plug from the ribbon but I'm not sure.

Also you said Alienware, is it a laptop? If so then no, that won't fit.

It is not a laptop I am not that dumb =/ I believe i have the cable to hook it up, where my hard drive is  now there are three other slots and they each have two cords for a hard drive.

okay, well to be safe, I suggest you pick up a sata cable. I can make a video showing how to replace your hdd if you want.
