if they did have a child with their disease, it should be noted on their profile that they are a carrier of severe genetic disorders. Furthermore, if they do not want to abort the fetus that has the actual disease, the state should take it away for euthanization and reprimand the parents heavily.

Fine then, brazen bull and the boats. Capital Punishment should be a living Hell so people will think twice before committing a Capital Crime. And I don't care if I get calls or mail from people complaining that my televised executions caused them to vomit. But, actually preventing the crimes would be better, with mass surveillance all over the place and maximum security at the expense of comfort. It's either a walk through the X-ray and metal detector and pat-down for you and every other passenger, or a loving bomb get brought onboard by some starfish 'cause the people wanted their "privacy."
