We Need Hand Cuffs. There Should Be A Model Of Hand Cuffs And Scipts In It That Make It So If The Person With The Hand Cuffs Clicks On A Guy It Puts It On His Hands And He Cant Use His Tools Then He Automaticly Follows The Person And After 60 Seconds He Will Be Realesed.

I think this would be too abusive. Also, blockheads have no arms, thus no place to attach hand cuffs.

Sorry... The Way i talk is how i talk in RL i have ignorent Pauses in the middle... of my sentences lol dont like it? go jump off a cliff
