Ha... HAHAHAHHAH

On the Microsoft website you can compare each edition to find what suits your needs.

Home or Professional are fine, whatever is better for your budget.

I already looked at that and it didn't really help, it's just Microsoft trying to sell their stuff. I want real people's opinions, not a salesman's.

And for people saying XP or Vista, there's no way I'm paying for an old OS, especially one I don't like.

Why not Google then? Many blogs talk about this. Example:

Since everyone has been just trolling and piss-taking, I think you should seek another more appropriate place to discuss such a topic.

I used to love XP, then I tried Vista, which doesn't have that much 'compatibility' compared to XP. Then I tried Windows 7, and I don't want to go back now. It's just SO user-friendly, and home-premium pretty much runs everything XP based, and it also runs Project64. Instant win :D

XP is starting to feel really dated now, to me. All the new Linux, OSX, and Windows editions are very glossy, or clean, and feel and look very fresh. Where XP just seems... old. And it is. Time to move on finally.

Ha, I don't have to save up money.  I have a friend that can get me any kind of windows 7 I want.  If you lived near citrus county FL I would tell you who it is.
