Author Topic: Updated Portal gun and Cubes + Questions  (Read 625 times)

Before we discuss this is space guy going to make a Newer version of these or just abandon the add-ons and not update them.

My suggestion:Portal 2 cubes and enhanced particles on the Portal gun,and script tweaking.

Also I want to know if the portal gun can be made Better?
Or is this the highest it could go with Torque engine?

Also particle optimization and fixing how when you fall from a distance very fast you stop also Portal 2 portal gun sounds.

I noticed I used also too much.

He means, that when you go through the portal it registers instantly and transfers the momentum to the other portal without having to see yourself knock into the wall behind it.

I don't understand particle optimization? If you're talking about looking though a portal and seeing out of the other side, that isn't possible. In fact, doing it in Source Engine required a hack.

the existing portal gun does not take note of directional changes due to portals in terms of the direction youre facing
