If you're in the frienship area, Id say there's no escape. Its reinforced since she's your cousin.

EDIT: Maybe not. I've always thought it'd be great to have a girlfriend that was your best friend but then again I don't see how you'd get to that point.

But yeah, no cousin for you. Not only would that just seem weird but Im sure your family would be weirded out as well.
