If you can use another computer to torrent a CD of the Windows you have, you should be able to fix it through the CD without the administrator password. If you skip the recovery console and let Windows search for previous installations, it should offer you the opportunity to repair it. This replaces a bunch of system files without doing anything harmful to your existing data or drivers. You'll need your key and a lot of patience, though.

That depends on your BIOS. Try plugging in your USB and going into your boot menu.

Google the dll name and put it in System32. It should replace the corrupt DLL(s) and your computer should stop being a mondayjew.

When you boot, go into Safe Mode and do the instructions above.

Well, I guess it's my fault, because I remembered what I did.
So, yesterday, I decided I didn't like the FLYAKITEOS icons, so I wanted to know how to replace them with default XP icons. So, the file that had the icons was shell32.dll apparently. So, I downloaded a DLL and used Replacer to replace the DLL and make a backup called shell32.backup.dll or something. So, I powered off and went to sleep. Then, I booted my pc and here I am. GOD-forget I HATE COMPUTERS.
