Sorry I've been away from building the past few days, so here's an update;

I'd probably reduce the height of the rooms. They are unnecessarily tall so far, but you can put "fake ceiling" there where you could hide vent shafts, lamps and other things.

Tiles is over-used and all rooms don't have to be the same height.

I'm working on room heights right now. The bedroom and bathroom will be same height, and the living room will be higher.
