I can't download any image editing programs. (No admin on my computer)

So could someone take this image and make an icon for me? It would be greatly appreciated. :3

(Hope i'm in the right section)

I would if I knew the dimensions and such this has to be. Btw do you know what the dimensions are / how to make a print? Also, why no admin on your computer? Lol

Dimensions are 64x64, when I try to make it, it comes up like this.
(all I have is mspaint. lol)

Take the template here, then paste the picture on the first post, onto it.

Save as PNG.

The skull picture may start in the white box, so you might have to do some editing.

MS Paint SUCKS. Never try to do something like this on such a program. At the very least, use GIMP.

MS Paint doesn't even support transparent space. All your icons would be in a white box... Like that pic up there..

I thought that I couldn't install gimp, turns out that I can and I made the icon.

Sorry about that.

I feel really silly now.
