Why must you complain about this Nymethus?

It isn't up to you to assume on "everyone's" behalf that God doesn't show us that he exists.  It is said that to those who have never been witnessed to, God will reveal himself to them.  Not saying that I'm some crazy religion person, but I find hard to believe what I am about to tell you.  An Islamic man in Pakistan was crossing a street when he was hit by a car, which broke his leg.  As he was laying on the ground in pain, a woman came over to him.  She touched his leg and prayed over it.  Now this bro, being a Muslim, became frustrated with this Christian lady. Suddenly, before he could yell at her to basically "Stop being a bitch" the leg was fixed.  The bones had been magically set back into place and mended.  To this day that guy is a Christian.  I read this out of a book and I will do my best to post that book's name here so no one can tell me I'm making this stuff up.  Magic, aliens, a lie, or God?  You tell me, because I am confused.

Edit: Someone explain how this could've happenned seriously.  I'm not stuffting you.

Yeah, no, that didn't happen.
A. How did he know his leg was broken and not just bruised or disjointed?
B. If it broke and he knew his leg was broken, then a bone must have thrust itself through his skin. I'm quite sure it didn't just recede and everything healed like the guy was Wolverine.
C. How did anyone know it broke and then set itself and mended, if it did just that?

Those are just the realistic issues, aside from it being a physical impossibility.

Easy: It didn't happen.

Take it this way.
If you were to create a new planet with life and people, how would you feel if they stopped respecting you?
it would depend on if im moody or not

if im moody id glass the entire ball of stuff

on the other hand id just be like “meh i can create a new one”

The problem is that you two have this misconception that if there was an omnipotent god, it'd harbor "emotion".

Yuki, It is pretty easy to tell if a leg is broke. If it bends far enough the wrong way, and it made a crack sound, its broken.  You made it sound like the bone HAD to stick out of the leg for you to tell if it was broken just by looking at it.

Yes I am a christian, its no reason to hate me.  Yes we are taught about miracles Jesus performed, but this is just wierd.

I wasn't pushing my religion in my above post, I was asking for an opinion.

Regardless, it's an impossibility. The story is fictional, it's more about convincing people that miracles are possible and that a god exists than telling people the truth, much like virtually all religious text.

This topic reminds me of something.

It has been proven that being struck by lightning can actually "fix" you.

Proof:
This blind guy, who had been able to see at first, but eventually lost his sight, was out in the stormy weather.

He got struck.

He could see.

I told my science teacher and he was all like "Yeah I heard about that guy."

Basically, lightning is cool.

Sorry if I derailed the topic, this post has nothing to do with religion.

convert to islam and you get a free cheeseburger

slam a door in the face of a jahovas witness soliciter and win temporary peace of mind

-Dumb stuff-
The electricity induces an epileptic fit and a seizure. Scientists theorize this "resets" the brain, correcting all sorts of physiological and psychological problems.
How do I know that?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroconvulsive_therapy

It's called an ECT, and is a regulated operation in hospitals, usually for fixing severe depression. It's an 80-year old form of treatment. It was made apparent to the public in the 1975 movie "One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest", starring Jack Nicholson, Christopher Lloyd and Danny DeVito. However, it was villainized in this movie and the 2000 film, "Requiem For A Dream".

Congratulations on dramatizing what is a semi-common medical practice based on a stroke of absolute luck, though. Virtually every single other person struck by lightning suffers intense burns (which this man probably suffered from as well), and dies from the intense electrical shock frying their goddamn spinal cord, brain, and turning every liquid in their body into steam seeing as lightning is hotter than the surface of the sun.

How did I miss this post? I would feel that something went wrong and fix it.

Republicans go to hell by default...

Well,I somewhat agree with Nym but it's not a good idea to bring religion to a lego game forum full of genius, stuck  up,and-semi autistic teens.
