I was reading through Suggestions and Requests and someone had the idea of a kick shoe so then when you kick someone with your shoe, they are kicked from the server. :D

Kicked I would hope, as banning would be more complex with all the prefs and such.

This would be fantastic... I suggest that the 'boot' makes the player addvelocity "0 0 200" before they are kicked from the server, so everyone can admire the epic kick. Also, don't forget the stars emitter that comes from the kick.

BUT, what about non-admin noobs and badmins?

Non-admins have the shoe come up and hit them in the face booting them. =P
You shouldn't join a badmins server.
