Subterranean Creatures
Subterranean creatures now burrow properly. A bug was causing them to bob to the surface immediatly after spawning.

Rats
Spacecraft now have rats. Leave some food on the floor for a while and you'll see what I mean. Every ship has it's own unique rat DNA.

City Situations
Situations can now occur in cities, induced by certain factors. These include epidemics of disease, infestations by vermin, and food poisoning. These first few situations were added to combat the enormous populations of some planets. The world overpopulation penalty is a factor in disease outbreaks.
