A Good webcam?

Ive been looking for a good webcam. I want one that has good resolution and doesnt look like you are watching a cartoon with one fps. But I have a limited budget so it should be more than like 25 dollars or something in that range

It's last supported OS was XP, however, I can get it to work in Ubuntu.
Really old camera. I'm getting a new one anyway. :o
