Author Topic: forget, need a graphics card... for a piano.  (Read 1571 times)

Ignore placid's instructions, all you gotta do is put the graphics card on top of the strings inside then you're done.

You could do this or put the card between the strings and end up with a prepared piano.

Yes, it sounds just as strange as you think it would.

Make sure your frame can support the new card though, don't want your piano to collapse.

You might need a new fan for it, baby grands tend to run a little hot.

Depends how much you multitask, my baby grand can process up to 7 octaves simultaneously (overclocked from 6.5) and has an 88 key processing unit with support for dual sound with a single sustain core, and only hits temperatures of 10 degrees. No need for a fan here.
