Garry's Mod Update Released
Updates to Garry's Mod have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:

Garry's Mod
Added HL1:Source NPCs (if you own HL1:Source)
Toybox saves can now contain toybox entities and will download them before loading
Cleaning the map now cleans brush based entities
Fixed map entities respawning over their toybox saved versions
Fixed player falling slightly when loading a save
Loads downloaded particles automatically, without restart needed
Fixed RT camera error when removing your last RT camera

Now this means it might be possible to play HL1 maps with proper NPCs and not remakes!


No it hasn't, i haven't found it in the last few pages, and it's a recent update, link, please.

Fire paw, this is a thread regarding an update, NOT the entire game.
Being honest, you should have read or atleast given proper proof before posting, the Garry's Mod creativity thread is nothing to do with updats.

now finally i don't regret getting it.

They're a bit glitchy

The scientists and Barney don't say anything, and if they get hurt, they keep making the same noises over and over, the Vortigaunts leave behind their laser trails if you delete them as they're about to attack, Houndeyes don't chase after the player, they'll only attack when the player is close, the Tentacle's pointy part doesn't hurt, the only way to be hurt by it is to go to it's root, the Zombie and Headcrab have the same stats as their HL2 versions, so the Zombie is able to kill Barney faster than he can in HL:S, the Nialanth doesn't do anything, and you can't be hurt by him

Also, the Grunt can only the SMG
