Oh, and Placid, have you been able to connect but it just took a couple tries? Because Rem says people can connect, but for some it takes a few tries of letting it time out then trying again. That does not work for me.

I got in once, I tried for about 10 minutes straight and it finally let me in.
I wasn't about to do that again.

I was on the server last night. After the ten minutes trying to get in, it was fun until somebody saved, then it lagged for half a minute. Other than that, it was cool. I made a bunch of duplicatable items for everybody.
I probably should reapp though. BRB.

Jake should get multiple people to host. I know I can host a stable dedi on my desktop, that people can connect to more easily.

Jake has, in the past, only liked the Director to host. The server is more familiar, as in there are the proper add-ons and saves; the administration is already where it should be, wherein nobody has admin except who needs it; And the server would be troubled if the host and the Director got into a quarrel. (i.e. the host would have more power over the server then the Director would, so you can imagine.)

But perhaps Jake left hosting options up to Rem, in which case it would be his choice as to whether he could have a separate host or not. :o

I've been trying to connect for forty minutes, restarting Blockland probably 20 times, and even restarting my computer once.  This is getting extremely annoying.

wait until it says Request timed out. then try to join. and if it doesnt work try again but wait a little after it times out.

I think I might have found what is causing all this trouble. Everybody who wasn't able to connect please tell me if you still aren't next time you join.
