To be honest, I didn't hate the voices as much as I thought I would. Which is something, since I usually don't like voices that aren't raspy, modulated, or deep.

Dash's voice irks me the least but I liked how Twilight seemed to hate everyone in the pilot. One of them.

Okay, I watched the entire thing this time, in three minute intervals punctuated by injections of sanity courtesy of /co/.
It was okay. The soundtrack sucked, the aesop was anvilicious, and I want to strangle The Pink One's VA, but everything else was kinda cool I guess. Maybe "cool" is the wrong word but you know what I mean.
