I have White. I got Victini in the event, plus I got Celebi on Platinum so I can get Zorua too :D

Dude I spent days breeding and hatching 3-4 PC boxes of Ralts while using a Japanese Ditto I traded for over GTS and didn't get a shiny, and that presents the best chances of anything I know of. Good luck with that.

I do have a legit shiny Winter Deerling though from the wild B)

Not sure whether being part steel or having high HP is better, though fire would destroy Forretress.

Forretress has Toxic Spikes and Explosion though
