Author Topic: Sleep Deprivation  (Read 1565 times)

Hello, I am here to act as a reminder to not get only four hours of sleep on a weekday. My head felt like it was full of diseased cotton all day, I kept passing out on chairs and desks, and I am really depressed about everything. Get enough sleep, fogats. You need it.

[/Off Topic is my favorite blog]

I barely get sleep at night. It's just hard to sleep. But I will if you want us to. <3

5-6 hours usually. Looks like tonight I'm getting 5. :o

Well, at least don't get four hours two nights in a row. The rate of stufftiness that you feel is logarithmic.

I've gotten used to not getting enough sleep and it doesn't usually affect me anymore, although I do have some days (like today, for instance) where about halfway through the day I feel like stuff and don't want to do anything except lay down and rest.

Speaking of sleep, I think I'll go do that now. c:

Its 1am in the morning.

I just finished setting up the game for my schools Assassin Game, and tomorrow I will sit and watch the mayhem commence.

Oh good lord it is humorous.

I get 3 hrs of sleep and feel fine for the middle of the day, but for the beginning and end I feel like I'm dead.

Then when I get home my leg starts shaking (nervous habit, started when I took medication and still goes on even after I stopped the meds). It does that the entire day actually, regardless of my awake-ness.

I have the opposite.
I'm pretty much addicted to sleep.

at my school if you pass out in class twice you can lay down

8-10 hours of sleep

not having to get up super early for school sure is great

omgwtf.

In my school you get 10 demerits.

If you get 30 demerits, you are kicked out of the school.

I am too, honestly. When I reach that point where you're nodding off and you know when you're falling asleep, I try to let go but I always hit my head on a window when I'm in a car, or on the desk at school.

I don't enter REM like a normal person does. Instead of feeling like I got 8 hours, I feel like I got 1. I slept for 15 hours today (didn't go to school) from 12 AM to 5 PM, and I've been tired since I woke up.
(basically, it takes me longer to actually start getting rest)

When I was around 10, I used to stay up to watch Adult Swim (Usually around 10 PM :( ) and ended up getting around 3-7 hours of sleep.

Unhealthy lifestyle.

You dont tell me what to do. You're not the boss of me.>:I
