whew. I was almost compelled to start a fight for a moment there. you guys are just gonna have to tolerate that i dont have a spell chec funtion, and the for the forums is broken. on my computer, anyways.

Xavier yells at the Exos, "Get out of those suits and into the dropship. It's too big of a load. You're a Resistance trooper now. You sound Italian.." The IR troops begin checking the Soviet's corpses, removing ID cards, notepads, etc. They load up into the dropship, the two miners now out of their exos.

The dropship had landed in the Italian Resistance Airborne SuperCarrier (Huge flying aircraft carrier) donated to them by the Allies. The two miners and the leader sat in a room, with two soldiers outside each entrance.

"So, tell me, what happened in the mine? We need all the info we can get."

"Theres not to much to say. we were working in our tunnel, and we heard soviets were coming. we grabbed some improvised wepons and ran. we fought our way to the surface. there, we founds a damaged osprey. we fixed it, crashed it into the burning sun, and got rescued by you."

Roger looks at Xaiver.

"I didnt get an honest look at the technologies aboard that ship, but if it had a self destruct button, it must have been something they didnt want the Allies to have. and that man who ejected... I belive his name was Shin... I didnt like the looks of him. I have a feeling that weare gonna see more of him."

Roger stands up and notices the guards.

"So I assume you want us to serve in your army? Ill tell you right now, Im not to hot with all this fighting stuff. neither is Darin."

Darin's face darkens as he runs along the deck in his exosuit, running across the crumbling deck, grabs the crashed osprey with roger in it and jumps off the deck

Shin sipped his coffee as he looked at all the data running across the screens. They had taken over the Ally base, but at a great cost. Dai-Gunden was lost, along with Captain Hikowa and Doctor Kyne. Shin sighed wearily - He was getting too old for this stuff.
"Command would like to speak with you, Captain."
"Since when was I promoted?"
"After Hikowa was confirmed dead, you were assigned to replace him aboard the Destiny Star. Command would like to-"
"Jesus, ISO, I heard." Shin got up, preparing to face the grilling he was sure to get.

Roger and Darin plummet downwards in freefall.
"OH stuff! THATS A LONG WAY DOWN!"
Roger stares down at the fast-approaching ground
"Do we have a parachute on this?"
"This was made for mining, not leaping out of Soviet airships!"
"Dammit!"
Roger turns to look down again.
"It looks like were gonna hit the ocean! thats slightly better than hitting the ground..."
"Oh! Darin! get out of the exosuit! its gonna trap you inside when we land!"
Darin ejects from the exosuit just as they hit the water.

"Captain Festir."
"Commander."
"I've heard about the Dai-Gunden."
"Of course."
"Sad, but we have amassed an amount data from the Sepulcher Intel Center. Interesting stuff we have here."
"And?"
"Next step. I want you to go to Italy. Do some intel gathering. Get your hands dirty. That is all."
Shin sighed. He'd have to deal with  the IR. But, if he was lucky, he could get some payback from that.. Roger and Darin.
Now, where the forget was his bedroom?

Darin and Roger hit the water alongside the exosuit with a tremendous KERSPLOOSH!
Roger and Darin swim out to the nearby beach.
"well, it looks like we are now in the middle of forget nowhere."
Roger lets out a long sigh and climbs over the hill
"Hey! A city! were not gonna die of starvation in a desert!"

Picturing it as an act of hostility, the particle accelerators turn the exosuit into dust. The targeting systems can't locate people though, so the two men are safe.
