Captain Dmitri Talrzok

Special Operations Unit
Train in Trieste
Silenced AK-409, Silenced Makarov 62 Cal. Pistol, Russian TACPAD, Russian Combat Suit, Sickle, Demolitions Kit
Dmitri, although Russian, was loyal to the Allied Forces. He had seen the Russians slaughter his own parents and siblings. He would get his revenge. He and his two squad mates along with a hostile stepped off the train, guarding the two men pushing the crate of Valcronium. While they weren't looking, Talzrok took a tracker from his TACPAD and slipped it in the crate.
He broke off with the squad, where they went to smoke. Dmitri took his Makarov, firing one shot directly into the hostile's head. The body was slid down the Cbrown town's walls. It floated harmlessly along, blending in with the black water. Then Dmitri identified the target, snapping pictures of the four-story Ion Cannon. He used a proxy to bypass the restriction code, sending out the files to Command.
The SpecOps unit glanced around the camp. He saw what the people back there were going to be dealing with. He split up with his squadron, going on 'patrol', while really setting small C9 packets on buildings. They all linked up at the Ion Cannon. They placed a CNEI(a compact nuclear bomb) on the side of it. It would take the Ion Cannon out, but not before it would inflict much damage upon the Allied forces. The alarm in the camp suddenly blared, sending the soldiers to their stations. The Ion Cannon begun spinning up as the three SpecOp soldiers rushed towards the cbrown towns. They dove under, swimming under the water, using EMP to disable the Sharks in the water. They swam under the gate, swimming for miles with barely any breaks for air before being recovered by a Italian Resistance squad. They weren't supposed to be this far yet. That means the attack was already beginning...
James Portson simply exited his ship from a long day of work, showing off his medal.
Xavier was one of the first to move in. He watched in horror, though, as a loud crack rang out and a purple shockwave moved outward from the city. Where Second Division had once been was scorched ground. He looked in his pocket, pulling out the nuclear detonator. He looked upwards, diving out of the APC, sprinting as fast as he could as 1st, 3rd and 4th division were wiped out. The air support arrived, but was quickly shot down. Small explosions blared from the AA guns as they exploded, but about 21 still remained.
He continued sprinting, and sprinting. They had lost 12 out of 20 divisions. That was 12,000 men lost. Only 8,000 remained. He decided that that was it. He pressed the det pack.
KA-BOOM.
The explosion, small for a 2MT nuke, engulfed the entire Ion Cannon and some buildings. The Ion Cannon had managed to take another shot right before the detonation, however. It completely destroyed the army of Naval Airships (flying battleships) and many ground units below it. The battle raged on for days and days.
In the end, of the 20,000 men sent, only 2,983 remained. The 17,017 men who died gave their lives to a good cause. The liberation of Italy. The Russians were pushed out of Italy. They were not as damaged as the IR, however. They only had about 500,000 men left.
But more people were emerging from their shelters. More people joined.
They were going to take back their land.
