portal2 ps3/pc ownership

you know how you buy the ps3 version, and you can own on the pc as well. or other way around however it works.
is this related to ps3-steam? do you have to preorder from gamestop or something for this?

I believe I heard that Portal 2 had SteamWorks in, so TF2 on PS3 will I think get updated.

I don't know if works like that
It may be different, PS3 users may get another User server thingy, I doubt they'll be able to talk to PC users

I think it only works if you buy the PS3 version, And it's not a pre-order bonus.

If you by the ps3 version you can link it to your steam account, not your friends.

Uh, you buy Portal 2 and from what I've heard is that you get a free key for the pc version.
No need to pre order it.

No.  At least I don't think so.  Only works ps3 to PC I guess.  Maybe if sony and the publisher allows (is valve publishing this time or something?)it may happen
