Gradually I will update this to list every cool person (in my opinion) in this thread.
If you're not in it that means I haven't added you yet.

List of cool people imo:
Tingalz - Possibly fights ninjas for a living. Another person who may or may not like me but he's still cool.
Skip - You're just cool because you are and nothing changes that.
Keonesan - World's coolest asian. possibly scores with loads of women. Doesn't afraid of programming and gaming.
Otto-san - Friendly and nice and all-around fun person to be around.
Kevdude - There has not been a time I didn't agree with Kevdude, neither has there been a time when I didn't think he belonged on this list.
Flubbman - He's pretty funny. Don't see him around a whole lot, but he still is cool enough to stand out of the crowd.
Qwepir - He may get after me a lot, but that doesn't stop him from being cool. Logic is his best weapon.
DrenDran - He may have his moments, but he's really a nice guy and I like being around him. He also gave me admin in his server <3
MunkeyCheez - He can be really, really silly and nonsensical sometimes. Another person that's fun to be around.
.::Taboo::. - We may not look eye to eye, but I'm not the only one who can say Taboo is one awesome professor.
Monocle - I never see Monocle without personally reading his posts. A guy worthwhile to talk to.
Nethog - Not only are you great at modeling everybody that's friends with you can't get enough of you. Truly a great man.
Dkamm65 - I usually respect a man of great wisdom. I wouldn't exactly call it wisdom, but he's pretty smart. Another person who is really cool.
Skill4life - There is no moment that I wouldn't want to hang out with you. I always have fun playing around with Skill.
Gamefandan - I would be insulting a lot of people if I said you were the coolest person in the forums. So I'll say that you're pretty damn close.
Tyler66 - Also known as the prince of viruses. I kid. Pretty good guy and he has his cool moments.
JAW959 - What's to say? Witty and silly. Another person that's great to be around.
Night Fox - Pretty cool guy imo. Had his share of stupidity and I used to think bad of him. He's matured and I've matured and he's cool enough to be on this list
Sirrus - How's that beard and mustache coming along? Sirrus is a coolbro and we all know it.
Dodger - Many things I'd say about you. All of them positive and a compliment.
Eksi - Your videos made me laugh. I like funny things, and I get along with funny people. I like eksi for his humor and wits.
LizzyRascal - A caring and gentle person. Somebody anyone could and would be friends with.
Proog - I remember proog having an avatar of the famed doubles image. It may not have been him, but since I can remember proog so simply, that means he's significant (aka awesome) enough to be remembered. And I've also seen him since I've joined.
SeventhSandwich - He is really good at eventing and I'm extremely proud to call him my friend.
Icygamma - I don't like you exactly, but that doesn't mean you're not cool. You made a cool as hell generator that works on events that even though you might have had a hard time, you really made a masterpiece and I respect you for that.
Otis Da HousKat - It's common knowledge that he's cool.
*Magick* Mage - Knows what to say always. King of nice
Destroyer - Always good to know there's somebody who can make sense of any situation. Destroyer can also be really silly when he wants to be.
Joekirk - Another person I've seen since I've joined. He's got the avatar of Maddox (I think that's what it's called lol) and for some reason that's extremely memorable.
Miga - He's been here forever and that's cool in my book. A lot of times though has he made me laugh.
ShadowsfeaR - Pretty cool dude. I haven't seen him post as much but I do tell that he's cool.
Meekl - I can't believe I forgot Meekl. I feel sad and stupid.
Tokthree - I'm running out of things to say but still Tokthree is awesome and cool.
Barakuda - Makes models and stuff and doesn't afraid of anything.
Anybody - Everybody knows anybody! Just look at his signature!
Solid - Seems like you've been here forever. Another person who's cool enough to be a regular forumer.
Whoda? - Even though you made an alt you still deserve the title of being icy chill.
Altered - He gets to be here because he IS cool. Altered is the kind of person that you will remember for a long time.
Shadoku - Pretty silly guy. Lots of friends here, he has. That's proof of coolness
tails - wtf why did I forget tails. That's stupid of me. He's obviously one of the most awesome here.
VerticalHorizon - He's very cool. He may dress up weird but deep down he's that awesome person you know you always liked.
Placid - Placid is..Placid. That's cool enough for me. Pretty cool dude.
Skullcandy - DO NOT QUESTION THE SKULLCANDY
If you're not on the list but you've always been nice to me or others, it doesn't mean I hate you, it means that I don't know you enough to make a simple judgement without it being incorrect. I don't want to hurt anybody with this list.
I may act like I'm extremely grumpy and I hate everything sometimes, but I really like most of you.
