No he's just disagreeing with it all because despite the fact we're actually throwing in ideas that Badspot could add to the current engine, he thinks we want to switch to a completely new engine that has exactly what we're describing.

No I am disagreeing with it because I am perfectly happy with the way Blockland is and I don't feel the need for change. As for the engine switch I added that in by mistake.

Apparently no one can have an opinion now.

My opinion is that I'd rather toss in a simple script than to take several precautions to avoid blocking.

I rather play Blockland the way it is with out this script.

Then do it on your server, I don't want it done on Blockland as a whole.
That isn't possible without the engine change. It doesn't have to be on Blockland as a whole. We only ask for the functionality.

Well then as long as it isn't Blockland as a whole then I don't mind as much but I still don't like it. My confusion was that this would be the whole game.

If we all just succumbed to the way things were without ever making adjustments, we'd never improve.

How can be get better if we don't change?

I like this term better, if it's not broken don't fix it.

And it seems that the majority wants this, and secondly, it's a engine feature that is being suggested to be added, not a game mechanic. It simply makes it possible for scripters to make it, it doesn't mean that it will be default on your server, only if you download a add-on utilizing this feature.

Now if I read that way before then I probably wouldn't make an ass out of myself, however I still don't support this idea.

NO MORE ADDONS
NO MORE UPDATES
Blockland is fine the way it is!

Is that what you mean?

It's not fixing, it's improving.
If it weren't for updates we'd still be sitting in v0002.

For players? Sure.

But zombies? I really dont want layers of zombies owning my ass every time I open a door or turn a corner...
Shoot on down *Second layer!* "FUUUUUUUUUUU"

It was just an example.
