Pre-Ban

Can anyone make a mod that would attach to the admin ban/kick page where we can choose Pre-Ban and 1: Put the ID in; 2: The other ban features. Don't say use the /commands cause those take 2 minutes for me to say.

I know there is a /ban technique (i.e. /ban BL_ID 19524 -1 Annoying) where you can ban before they join, but i want one on the admin area(i.e. ctrl+a).

You can always edit the banlist in your Blockland folder.
