Jalenharvey should be happy.

Hah, I assume this only works for certain Intel-processor computers?
Interesting idea though, I must say.

works with any computer supposedly except has issues on snow leopard at least from what I hear from the forum topic

Does it work on multiple systems, if you choose?
Like for your desktop and also for your laptop?

Yes you make a list of machines that are allowed

every time you try to log in on a new system it sends you a email with a code that you have to use to log in and if someone else trys to log into your account it does the same sends you that email so then you can add that system to the authorized list or the banned list - I just wish they would add a GUI for that in steam it self

what if your email changes and you also get a new computer

I feel like I want to try, but I don't on the 0.000000001% chance that I actually by-pass it some-how :x

You should have a permanent email you don't plan on changing then. I have one, I get my bank statements delivered to it, I've sent out resumes through it, I used it to electronically file my taxes, etc. You're going to need one sooner or later. You can change your email in steam if you want, but I guess if you forgot your email password, forgot your steam password, and got a new computer you'd just be out of luck. Gmail accounts can be registered to phone numbers, maybe you'll be able to do a similar thing with your steam account in the future.

It was hypothetical, I have a permanent email address.
