once it hits the player it fires a projectile that does less damage toward a player in a certain radius
radius & damage gets smaller for each successive hit

I hope you dont mean Wunderwaffe means 'lightning gun', because it doesnt. Wunderwaffe is German for 'Silver bullet', even though it's clearly an electrical ray transmitted over a distance.
