ive ran tests and i have no clue how transparency works in torque.
Take a look at the rocket launcher projectile, it has trans.

yes. Several times.

I don't think the blender exporter supports this, I've played around with this before and I couldn't get it to work. But I dunno.. maybe somebody else can.
