As I was reading Wikipedia's article on False Awakening, I remembered one time where I had falsely awoken. I dreamed that I had woken up from a dream and was lying in bed before a normal school day. Suddenly everything turns to that color you see when you close your eyes and face a bright light. I wake up several minutes afterwords (I have a tenancy of that) to find out that my dad had turned on the lights and I was now in "reality".

I woke up again to a shoe being thrown at my head and it being 6:45am. I'm like FUUUUUUUU---

Oh well. As long as I will eventually be awoken by my parents I can false awaken all I want. Plus, I will realize it because I ALWAYS brush my teeth infront of the mirror.

I've been hating sleep because it cut videogaming time. Now I heard of this I kind of look forward to bed time.

Guys i got some tracks on itunes, there is one called 3hz relaxation and lucid dreaming, is that fine, or does it matter what i use for WILD

RC regularly in the day, so you do it naturally in the dream. Create a rule like "everytime I see a bus, I will RC".

That's the thing.
I saw text in my dream on computer that changed the second time I looked.

A great RC, but I couldn't do anything about it.

Although... I didn't realize it was a dream In the dream...
