Author Topic: How To Lucid Dream  (Read 33844 times)

Nope, still throwing Matrix-speed punches when everyone else is moving normally, and I'm also still unable to use working firearms here. :c

While lucid?
You have rusty dream control then. Have more confidence in what you do. When you want something to happen, just assume it will or has already started happening. Or ignorantly assume there is no way for it to fail.

This thread reminds me of how my friend and I played pretend at recess in the 3rd grade and we'd always try and make our imaginary powers better than each other's.

I try my best to make certain things happen, and have at times tried to bend reality to make things, for example, I imagine that I was born with super-powers. Like with the punches, I feel as if I'm actually reaching my arm out as fast as I can... under water. Frankly, it pisses me off. At first I thought, maybe my arms were under me or my pillow and I couldn't move them or something. I remember couple nights ago, I had a dream where somebody threw some acid on my arm and it was bubbling and nasty stuff. I woke up, and my arm was asleep, tingling rather painfully from being under my chest.

Lol i dreamt about modeling a human body in blender

And then saving two girls from an entire organization meant to take and kill little girls. AFTER SINGING CALIFORNICATION IN MY SCHOOL CAFETERIA.. And then some guys swarmed in and grabbed them from their seats. i liked neck snapping an awful lot. didn't become lucid.

If its not a skill, then maybe a gift? I started lucid dreaming at six years old and already had complete control. I don't know why, but when I dream, its always lucid. Am I lucky or what?

Not really, because that means your mind is never truly at rest and critical parts of your consciousness will start to deteriorate faster as you age; causing easily senility and/or schizophrenia. マホ~

The hardest part about this is getting to sleep

Did you not read the .pdf or something.

I had a lucid dream last night, YAY progress!

I didn't have a set goal in mind, so I didn't really do much except forget around, I tried to fly at one point but couldn't quite get off the ground.

Its so bloody weird being conscious in a dream, but fun as hell.

I wants more.

Double toast.

Bump.  Stop letting this thread die, goddamn.

I lucid dreamed last night

It was fun

"OH GOD BAD GUYS AND THEY HAVE ROCKET LAUNCHERS AAAAAA- wait."

"Stop."
*bad guys freeze*
"Go away."
*bad guys run away*

Then I just started doing things

I think I had a dream today, or maybe yesterday... I can't remember, my sleep schedule got forgeted and I'm sleeping in the morning and waking up in the evening. Anyways, I was in Terror is Reality from Dead Rising 2, and I was killing masses of Headcrab Zombies with motorcycles that had the big saw blades you see in HL2. They were mounted on arms sticking off the sides of the handlebars or something, and cut the Zombies in half when I drove past them. But, it wasn't exactly under my control, it was more like watching a movie from the eyes of the actor or something. Then I went out the door of the arena and I was somehow in my house, and Tyrone King was on the the computer buying more Zombrex for people at TiR, even though there were Headcrab Zombies in the arena. I tried to tell Tyrone to make Chuck and Katey get out of the kitchen or something, and Frank West was in the garage fighting Leon with his motorcycle, which was in my dads room somehow. I suddenly realised it was a dream, and I looked at my hands, which were green and lizard-like for some reason, and I woke up. :c

I've recently got addicted to Dead Rising 2, if you couldn't tell. Haven't played HL2 in a while, though.

I got to lucid dream last night c: It was the trippiest stuff ever

Once I got aware I of course got excited, and tried to fold my town in half. But I started falling, which woke me up.
