Author Topic: How To Lucid Dream  (Read 34167 times)

this has got to be like, the best drug evar. I can't wait till bedtime. Can someone explain what a dream feels like?
for teh bumb

lol the other day i had an entire day time skip.

I went through normal routine, (I was definitely only semi conscious or less) went to school and got questions right, but wasn't paying ANY attention. i went home, did homework, and took a nap. when i woke up, that was all i remembered until the next day.

I WOKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE loving MORNING
ROLLED OVER
THOUGHT
"Hey, I can fall straight into a dream. Let do it!"
I loving fell asleep
And had the clearest loving dream ever
And I actually could dream control
And I walked around some boxes (warehouse or something) and grabbed a portal gun off the shelf and used it.
Thanks to lower dream gravity, it loving sucked.
But I didn't care.
I also remember blinking and thinking "No, don't!" But I did it anyway and didn't wake up.
It was so loving clear

I keep having my lucid dreams by thinking randomly of the word "Dream" which turns into "Lucid Dream" which turns into "Hey, I'm dreaming."

Then I just rub my hands together until my dream is vivid.

Hey would gamma waves work for WILD since gamma IS the level your brainwaves are at when you lucid dream?

Thanks.
I now can do some forgeted up stuff while i'm asleep.
I'm being serious. I can figure out what it's like to be on LSD now.

I can't get a deep REM sleep anymore, so all I really do is fall asleep and wake up like 5 seconds later with no recollection at all of any dreams, yet when I nap for 30 minutes I have multi-hour dreams. (Yes I did read the guide)

Can anyone help suggest something to help me get a deeper sleep?

(also I'm not looking through 40 pages for a possible answer thats already been posted)

Okay.

Have four to five hours of NREM sleep, then wake up. The REM cycle is longer after this.

I've only ever gone lucid twice. I have this thing where I think that a zombie apocalypse can never happen in real life. In both my dreams, there was a zombie apocalypse and I was alone in my house. In the first one, my brother was a zombie and I had a gun. I hid in a corner and when I saw him enter the room, I said to myself "This can't be real." I instantly knew it was a dream and this was before I knew lucid dreaming was even possible. I really didn't know what to do so I guess my brother just disappeared and I went into the bathroom and tried to pick something up with my mind, I was doubtful at the moment so now I know why it didn't work. I then explored and the dream went on with the zombie theme and the rest are just details that I'm sure none of you care about. I was successful in flying though.

i remember my dreams but forget to write them down

Desu Desu Desu Desu Desu

Thanks.

You'll only get the effect of LSD based on what your subconscious perceives it to feel like.

The last question you posted sounded more like a joke to me.

Was it really that stupid?
I just thought since it's the level your brainwaves are at, that it would work if you fell asleep somehow with it on.

Oh well, isn't important. I've heard they're really good for your mind so i like to listen to them while i surf
