Unless he copywrited the idea, he can't sue. I'm sure he's pretty mad though.

Notch did talk about it on one of his tweets, along with other games that are copying Minecraft. He said he is completely fine with them because as long as they don't copy the whole game it is fine. Plus most of the people who buy these games are people who know about Minecraft already, and if they don't, the fanboys will aware them right away.

a- notch is in europe, the guys making fortresscraft are probably in the us. yeah good luck trying to sue them
b- minecraft isn't going to be ported to the xbox for a long time, if ever
c- people buying fortresscraft probably already know about minecraft
d- the people making this are brilliant
e- mojang isn't a corporation; privately owned companies cannot sue
