Xavier stood in front of his men, briefing them on the operation. "We have received orders to jump in onto the roof of Good Hope Hospital. We will breach and clear, killing infected and taking any survivors with us to the safehouse being established by Gamma. We will be able to radio in for the ay-see to give us support, but that most likely won't be nessacery(gah cant spell). We will have to hold out for two to three weeks until we get e-vac'd by chopper." Suddenly, the red light turns to yellow. "Grab your chutes and line up." Green light. "This is Echo Six-Two, you are clear to jump. Good luck down there - over and out."
24 black dots appeared in the cloudy night sky over Oregon, twelve nearing the hospital, the other half going towards the Home Depot. Bump. 12 parachutes were blown off the roof of Mercy Hospital as flashlights clicked on at the roof. As the leader kicked in the door, they realized that there were multiple infected personnel on the floor. 4 'beeps.' 4 thumps. They arrived on the next floor, face to face with a nurse who's nametag was Karen.
Multiple red dots appeared on her. "AGAINST THE WALL, NOW! REYES, GET UP HERE! WESSUN, YAKUL, BALTERS, COVER THE NEXT FLOOR." A female named Reyes dressed in combat medic apparel stopped as the lead soldier pushed the nurse into the wall. She pulled out a seemingly clear syringe - but she inject it, and it began bubbling. It turned red, then green. "Normal traces of infection. She's clean. Sorry about that. Xavier's a little stressed."(reyes will also be a character i control, just no a main one) "USMC. Corporal Reyes. Medic of the team. See you're affiliated with medical procedures too, eh?" "Mhm." "Any others here?" "Yeah. Hope you guys got other medics, there's alot." "We all know how to handle a syringe, but they always let me do the first one." "Also, about that 'normal trace'..." "It's from breathing the air. It doesn't harm you, just causes you to sneeze a little more frequently. Also, we don't need formalities unless you're around another soldier, so just call me Alex." Xavier walked up behind Reyes. "We're not here to make friends, we're here to save lives. Speaking of which, we need need you on the next floor." Alex shrugged, following Xavier down the stairs. "We've locked down a room - another hospital personnel says that a family member fought them off from giving the patient a lethal injection - he got fully infected, and transferred it to his sister. Now we've got a turning and a fully infected, but the full-psycho is pinned down. Best procedure?" Reyes frowned beneath her gasmask, before heavily sighing. "We have to put them down. But I'm not doing it." Xavier nodded, as he selected the soldier to do it. They had removed their silencers. Bang. Bang.
