Similar to this, Fortunately/Unfortunately is where you post a post about something fortunate and then someone else posts something unfortunate and it goes on from there.

Example:

Fortunately, Mike ate a magic hot dog that cured him of his sickness

Unfortunately, the hot dog also made him have a seizure every day
