Is there a way to make a PC inaccessible for a few alleged amounts of time during the day, like from 5 pm to 7 pm a PC would be locked?

but i would know that -_- the point is to keep myself of my PC for an amount of time everyday, so i will do my homework.

Windows 7 has in-built parental controls, there are also 3rd party apps.

You can set a timer if you have windows 7. Not sure about other windows OS though.
