I meant like in an art. Like say you know you're really good at playing piano but you're never discovered or no one ever appreciates your ability to play.

This. Really, only my dad, neighbor, and a few of the older ladies at my Church appreciate my ability to play the piano well. The youth kids don't like classical music much ;-; And I'm homeschooled, so I don't really have a chance to show anyone (granted I can't read sheet music, I play by ear)

So yeah, extremely talented but not accepted by the public.

Call it vanity, but I have no problem with being wealthy and loved for no good reason.
If I had the ability to be wealthy and loved with no worthwhile talent, I'd be rather proud of myself.

The talent. I have loving badass ideas for RPs in my head, but because I suck at drawing and the only people I'm really interested in sharing my ideas with are my friends, I'll take the talent without being noticed by the world.

On a semi related note, I had an awesome idea for a building in a dream I was having, and while I was having the dream I dismissed it because I thought to myself "gah that's an awesome building I wish I had designed it" but then I was driving to school and I saw the place in the real world where my mind had inserted it in my dream and I realized the building wasn't real but now I couldn't remember the design.
