ARMA 2 is a tactical shooter with significant vehicle and aircraft elements. The player is able to command AI squad members which adds a real-time strategy element to the game. This is further enhanced by introduction of the high command system, which allows the player to command multiple squads using the map. ARMA 2 is set primarily in the fictional Eastern European nation of Chernarus, (meaning "Black Russia"). The Chernarus landscape is based heavily on the Czech Republic, the home country of the developer.

i only have the first one, but i want to get a better computer and get the second one. i play the demo, but i lag stufftons and don't get much gameplay

who plays this at all?

have fun with that "way better computer" because unless you have the most powerful ATi production card known to mankind, you won't be playing with a good FPS.

if you can run tf2 on high you could probably run arma 2 on medium or something i bet

I lagged a bit in the demo too, but after I bought the full game I realised, the demo is VERY poorly optimised, try the demo for Operation Arrowhead, it is better optimsed from memory.

I can run TF2 on medium, and ARMA 2 is unplayable for me on lowest settigns. (5fps)

i can barely run tf2 and arma 2 i get like 13 fps in an intense fight on lowest

No lag on arma, only lag comes from the servers being hosted really far away and poor multiplayer latency handling.

But then again I've never played Multiplayer, I stick to Singleplayer.
