Alabama does not got 'rural' areas for the most part, that's Louisiana thankfully 

though I got some friends from New Orleans and I think they are crazy




also even if radiation reached here it would be such a small amount I mean it's not even effecting japan too much well, of course any chaos will effect a country's economy but I hear there isn't a lot of people with radiation sickness
