On a more civilized note:  Phantom Knight has proved himself worthy of the rank Commander.  

I also shifted around a few more rankings with other people, but Phantom's promotion is the biggest deal since he is close to being MCC.


On a serious note:  We are gonna really ramp up the requirements to get into GBLD.  We want to maintain our standards.  If you are in now, then you're pretty much good forever.  We treat our own very well.

Also: Should we change applications to a democratic process where like.. All the senior members get a vote?  And what would the line be for who is allowed to vote?  Admins?  Super Admins?
