Is it ok if its both for a movie and the clan?

edit: I can also do minor edits to existing mods, which can be useful in our servers.

Interior of the build wasn't fantastic, but the exterior was pretty nice.  Ordinarily I would say no, but since we have a lack of exterior building specialists, my vote its going to be yes.

Sorry about that, that was my first major build. I will try to practice my building skills.

Nothing to be sorry for, you have one vote so far.  If you get devoted then you will have to make a formal application for just this clan and post to gallery

Rooms have bad design, too much empty space. Doesn't look well planned out.

However the stuff itself is decent-pretty good, just needs better positioning.

I agree with that too.  Conan is pretty good at taking a build apart with his eyes.
