What does MCC mean?

Military Command Council.  Or Councilman, if you are referring to it as a single person's rank.  It is the highest rank achieved in GBLD, only lower in very few cases to the Council Chairman. 

Alright.  Graduation is over, I have firm back from my senior trip, and I'm ready to get back to Blockland! :)
