Author Topic: Will all the Mac instability be fixed for v20? Tired of crashing.. :(  (Read 11636 times)

Ubuntu users are abundant here.

The only people who use Ubuntu here are those who do it to be cool (as far as I'm concerned) or want to run a dedicated server. There aren't enough here that seriously use Linux to make all the effort of porting worth while.

There were sure a lot more Ubuntu users in that desktop topic than Mac.
And I still don't know what you meant about that native stuff you said.

I have the exact same problems. Only my Mac gives no reason for the random crashes.

I don't have any of these problems because I use Windows.

then why are you here/care?

Maybe the logical reason there's no Linux users here is because the game doesn't support the operating system.
Note: Torque Game Engine 1.5 can be compiled for Linux.

Mine also gives no reasons. Finally some support on the original topic.
O SOZ didn't realize there was a discussion barrier. And who ever said conversations are like trees, what a silly silly man.
No need to be that way about it bro.

IcyGamma already answered your questions. It is your hardware not your software.

Tom

Smart people don't install linux and expect to play all their favorite games.

Naturally, especially since its native to Mac.
What is that even supposed to mean?

I crash randomly while hosting, I have a 2006 MacBook with a duel core processor.
I also crash in single player and when hosting when i turn off my light (This only happens after it has been turned off/on a few times)
Can someone clear this up?

Sqlite errors can be fixed by restarting your Blockland. Not hard and it may be a pain but get use to it if you're not bothered to try and fix it.
nope, you're misinformed
you have to delete your cache.db then restart your Blockland.

although for me it is restarting blockland since i made a script that deletes it when I quit
