Why?

Its a load of old rubbish. I prefer using iTunes, although I can agree with some of the things people have said here. It can eat CPU on crappier computers indeed.

That's a load of rubbish.  It's so simple compared to iTunes.  All I have to do is copy paste an mp3 into my Music folder, open up Zune, and then drag and drop the new mp3 into my Zune HD.

It also works perfectly fine and doesn't eat up resources on my laptop's single core Pentium M 2.0 GHz.

I prefer normal media players that don't try to control my portable audio devices and let me use windows explorer to drag and drop the songs I want to put on there.

I like Winamp, and windows explorer.

Is it bad that I still use Windows Media Player for music?

Seriously, I have no problems with it, I just don't use it for devices.

WMP isn't bad at all. I just like Winamp's UI, and the ability to play flash files in it.

I dont even use iTunes. I use CopyTrans or whatever its called

I hate iTunes, everytime you try to install something from apple, it wants you to install iTunes.

forget Apple, Apple is the gayest thing ever. Ever wonder why the shinigami from Death Note loves apples? It's because he paints himself like a loving cigarette, just like Apple, and apples remind him of the loving friends that work at loving Apple, and among other loving cigarettes is the only place he feels at home. まほ~

All stuff apple pumps out is less than dirt to me.

Why do people insist on clinging to the Apple-hate bandwagon for dear life when they really have no substantial ground on which to base their opinion? It's irritating...
