You should be able to define the channel in RTB or some settings.txt or something.

I've made this for personal use once.

I could give it to you, it's kinda sloppy work.
Doesn't support receiving PMs and you'll likely get your chat spammed.

but I don't have it anymore and I never released it.

I personally think it would be a living hell.
So many people talking at once, asking others to join their servers, this that and the other.

This has been done many times in Blockland over the years. TBM had this feature built in. Server-to-server chat using IRC. We even added buttons that instantly sent you to other servers.

What you would do is set it up to a quiet channel, so your clan members who aren't able to come can still be there.

It would if it was connected to #RTB at centralchat. So don't do that.
